The Systems Support Administrator – Level 1 is a critical member of the Advanced Group IT team. As a member of the IT Support team, you will provide technical maintenance of the hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities expand to support our internal and remote clients with entry-level support requests. Resolve basic to intermediate support cases with the Microsoft Enterprise infrastructure, providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and on-site.
