The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general ledger accountability, financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis. This position is a key liaison connecting our multiple business units.

  • Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries, maintaining supporting documentation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely account reconciliations and key schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Prepare accurate year-end audit schedules and deliverables
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation
  • Support the finance team with special projects, ad-hoc research, and analysis
  • Play a critical role in the implementation and management of new accounting software
  • Handle critical day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, and general accounting
  • Able to interact professionally with customers and vendors
  • Help with the monthly consolidated close process, bringing new ideas and designing ways to make the process efficient
  • Deliver and automate monthly, quarterly and annual financials, and all entries and reconciliations


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
  • 7+ years of Corporate and GL accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting concepts, and financial statements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Impeccable organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter, dynamic, proactive
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Able to seek out, identify, and make process improvements
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work in a global environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
