Overview

The Advanced Group of Companies Senior Operations Associate position is designed to help our organization develop and grow through supporting the business intelligence, training and operational needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational directives are carried out.
  • Maintain office facilities by keeping kitchen and stock room clean and stocked
  • Manage mail distribution
  • Management of all catering needs within the office
  • Management of the conference room schedule
  • Management of keys and new hire access to office
  • Support for all AG office moves
  • Weekly job board reporting
  • Send all EE2 surveys and creation of new surveys
  • Management of unemployment initial claims & basic reporting
  • Maintenance of vendor relationships for all office equipment
  • Execution of change management.
  • Determine potential solutions to operational barriers
  • Analysis of data
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication
  • Supporting metrics and reports are compiled, evaluated and published to the field staff.
  • Provide Experience Excellence Survey Summary reports.
  • Facilitate registration and completion of continuing education for CSP re-certification.
  • Responsible for facilitating erecruit training for new hires and re-training for existing staff
  • Facilitate operational training sessions for unemployment management, job board usage, activity tracking, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reporting and work with Branch offices to minimize their unemployment exposure.
  • Manage documentation and new requests
  • Train on new hires on unemployment processes
  • Ensures all matches are captured correctly in erecruit and retrains if necessary
  • Manage and audit all background screening for all the AG staffing business
  • Client contract management – insure all client contracts are attached in erecruit by conducting weekly contract audits

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Level Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft office programs
  • Must have minimum of 3 years previous work experience, preferably HR, staffing industry, or customer service
  • Must be self-motivated and highly-collaborative
  • Candidate must have highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
