As an Advanced RPO Recruiting Coordinator, you will strategically partner with your Recruitment Team and client(s) to provide high- level hiring support.  As a top RPO service, our Recruitment team becomes an extension of our client’s team. To be successful in this role a RC must be highly motivated, have strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.




  • Assist with entry and management of new/ open job requisitions
  • Responsible for Reporting to team and clients: Google Docs, Excel, ATS
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System to support workflow and processes
  • Work in a team environment and manage partnerships with several Recruiters and team members, while being held accountable for individual growth targets
  • Utilize a high sense of urgency while working in a results-oriented environment  
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication
  • Coordinate with Recruiters to gain a better understanding of clients’ needs - Support Recruiting Team: interview scheduling/ confirmation and candidate communication
  • Partner closely with client for questions, support and process management
  • Responsible for back-end support: offer letters, onboarding and candidate experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience in a RPO, Staffing, Recruiting or Human Resources environment
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including solid working knowledge of Excel
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed organizational skills
  • Must be able to develop strong working relationships with a customer service focus
  • Ability to plan objectives and provide assistance to others.  Also needs to use deductive reasoning, research skills, and decision-making skills to solve problems and enhance results
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
