Recruiting Operations Lead


Job Summary


The Recruiting Operations Lead, reporting to an Account Manager, is responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple processes. This includes managing a large team of non-exempt employees, as well as the high-volume recruiting process; to source, screen, interview and hire quality candidates for our clients. The Recruiting Operations Lead partners with the Account Manager to ensure that all the client's requirements are met.


  • Drive operationally excellent, predictable and repeatable processes.
  • Apply continuous improvement to improve day to day operations in a high volume environment.
  • Monitor metrics framework to achieve high performance and analyze results in real-time
  • Manage the escalation process for positions that need more attention.
  • Manage, train, and lead a team of up to 50 non-exempt employees.
  • Optimize utilization of resources in response to business needs.
  • Manage multiple tools such as the iCIMS applicant tracking system workflow, Montage scheduling and interviewing software, and internal sharepoint site.
  • Lead periodic projects regarding service delivery improvement, operational effectiveness, continuous improvement and scalability optimization. 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience customizing software to fit automated processes, such as an ATS or CRM system. 
  • Experience configuring and managing processes.
  • 3+ years of experience managing remote teams.
  • 5 +years of experience working directly with clients.
