Recruiting Operations Lead
The Recruiting Operations Lead, reporting to an Account Manager, is responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple processes. This includes managing a large team of non-exempt employees, as well as the high-volume recruiting process; to source, screen, interview and hire quality candidates for our clients. The Recruiting Operations Lead partners with the Account Manager to ensure that all the client's requirements are met.
