  • Overview

    The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) develops and maintains relationships with assigned clients. A SAM is responsible for ensuring the client’s flexible staffing needs, expectations, and goals are met.
     

    Individuals must be able to perform a variety of functional tasks, work within a team environment, and exhibit a commitment to their peers, direct reports, and our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Thoroughly understand and embody Advanced’s vision, mission, and values
    • Acquire, expand, retain, new revenue by introducing all lines of business
    • Implement, lead, and manage a dedicated flexible sourcing initiative specific to client’s needs
    • Act as primary liaison to hiring managers, program managers, and candidates
    • Ensure that client's needs, expectations, and goals are met and exceeded
    • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality of delivery and service level agreements
    • Work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual daily, weekly, and monthly growth targets
    • Oversee all flexible staffing teammates across multiple functional areas for assigned client(s)
    • Create client awareness of Advanced Resources’ services through effective promotion, outreach, and attendance at networking events
    • Collaborate with recruitment team to identify qualified candidates for a client’s specific need
    • Comprehend reports and written sources of information
    • Reconcile invoicing issues and facilitates resolution as needed
    • Maintain working knowledge of staffing industry and current market conditions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of successful staffing experience
    • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Familiar with local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
    • Understanding of and ability to work within complex databases to track productivity
    • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Strong technology aptitude; leverages technology personally and is also able to leverage technology organizationally to improve business results
