  • Overview

    Lead the digital marketing team to support the sales/revenue goals of four distinct companies in the shared services/corporate division of Advanced Group. Manage a team of 2-3 digital marketers to meet strategic objectives. Partner with business/sales leadership to define key targets and develop strategies to acquire, nurture, and convert leads through marketing tactics and marketing automation. Manage four HubSpot instances to facilitate marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Lead Generation

    • Leverage inbound, outbound, and ABM tactics to capture and qualify new leads, leveraging the digital and communications teams to execute.
    • Work with operations team to determine best practices for lead scoring and hand-off to sales.
    • Manage HubSpot instances and ensure forms and lead gen activities serve the needs of the sales teams.
    • Work with Content Marketing Manager to coordinate content development and alignment to lead gen activity.
    • Work with Email/Marketing Automation Manager and sales teams to develop and deploy lead/customer nurture programs.
    • Manage display and search advertising programs and work with Social Media Marketing Manager on Paid Social campaigns.

    Website Management

    • Work with internal and external partners to manage five Wordpress websites.
    • Manage HubSpot website and blog templates to ensure optimal conversion rates and usability.
    • Audit on-page SEO at regular intervals to ensure high SERP ranking. (URLs, Image Tags, H Tags, Meta Information)
    • Work with IT to ensure hosting and bandwidth requirements are optimal.
    • Update website content as needed.
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.

    Analytics and Reporting

    • Leverage HubSpot, ERecruit, Qlik, and Google Analytics to source data for quarterly marketing reports.
    • Prepare quarterly marketing reports with a focus on providing actionable insight. Reports include:
      • Website/Blog KPIs
      • Lead capture/conversion
      • Content Performance
      • Email Marketing Performance
      • Social Media Marketing Performance

    Paid Search/Display Performance

    • Work across teams to collect anecdotal data for qualitative analysis.
    • Work with key stakeholders to understand changes in website traffic/conversion rates.
    • Work with leadership to prescribe and implement changes.

    Team Management

    • Manage our Email Marketing Manager and our Social Media Manager.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing is required
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of direct experience with digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media, ABM
    • Must have 3 years of experience in managing direct reports

    Additional Qualifications: 

    • Experience with designing and implementing lead generation campaigns that are based on inbound marketing
    • Must be HubSpot certified and be extremely knowledgeable about HubSpot and marketing automation
    • Must be Google Analytics certified and be extremely knowledgeable about using Google Analytics
    • Understands and uses inbound marketing methodology
    • Experience with content strategy

    • Must have strong analytical skills and must be a data-driven marketer
    • Must be knowledgeable in paid search and SEO
    • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Must be a bright, strategic thinker who has excellent problem solving and organizational skills
    • Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
