    Advanced Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides executive leadership to our staffing businesses, driving revenue, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Our Staffing businesses include the brands Advanced Resources, Advanced Clinical and WunderLand Group.
    The COO develops strategies to meet revenue and gross profit targets through effective brand positioning, sales process, pricing, market segmentation and marketing efforts. The COO aligns and implements business processes among Business Development, Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to optimize effectiveness and efficiency necessary to meet objectives.
    The COO plays an integral role in Advanced Group’s continued rapid growth and will join a collaborative executive leadership team of business operators, innovators and entrepreneurs committed to our collective success.     • Serves as a member of the Advanced Group Executive Team responsible for Staffing revenue and operational performance.
    • Leads the development and implementation of a strategic and operational plan for sales and business development, talent engagement, customer retention and market strategies that will generate growth and position Advanced Group as a market leader.
    • Responsible for the P&L and overall strategic management of Advanced Group’s Staffing businesses, as well as our corporate Marketing and Technology functions.
    • Establishes key performance indicators (KPI) and administrative budgets to achieve results consistent with corporate goals.
    • Creates strategies to ensure profitable growth and expansion in the market; focuses on innovation, adaptability and flexibility that exceed customer expectations and enhance revenue generation strategies.
    • Fosters a culture focused on customer experience, individual and team accountability and timely problem analysis and resolutions with emphasis on superior communication, engagement and retention for all internal and external customers.
    • Leads and/or collaborates in cross organizational committees to increase efficiency, effectiveness, consistency in business processes and applications, teamwork, sales, service and prompt decision making in a manner that maximizes sales results.
    • Collaborates with Human Resources to attract, retain and develop top talent. Develops an ongoing plan to fill skill gaps, including but not limited to sales training, cross training, reassigning roles, employee engagement scores, etc. for personal development. Establishes annual employee performance goals and developmental plans for all direct reports and their respective teams. Monitors progress on a quarterly basis ensuring that morale and productivity of employees is at the highest possible level.


    • Bachelor’s degree required, relevant advanced degree preferred.
    • 12+ years’ sales and operations experience in a staffing or professional services environment.
    • Demonstrated strong financial acumen as well as the ability to create or revise operational plans in order to execute with a strong focus on results.
    • Consistent track record of year over year growth as well as meeting or exceeding revenue and contribution goals.
    • Highly effective and demonstrated servant leadership to influence all aspects of sales and business development, team performance and interaction with industry leaders.
    • Superior analytical and project management skills.
