    The Billing Specialist will ensure accurate & timely processing of weekly, biweekly, & monthly billing for all businesses with exceptional service to clients, associates, and internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Review contract terms and verifies invoice set-up for client
    • Process, verify, balance, and adjust billing transactions accurately and timely requiring the use of independent judgement
    • Perform daily management of Customer Relations mailbox with a 24 hour response time to inquiries
    • Direct interaction with sales people & recruiters to ensure accurate client setup
    • Accurate and consistent KPI (key performance indicators) tracking
    • Work directly with payroll team to ensure adjustments and/or inquiries are resolved correctly
    • Reconcilement of billing and actual transactions in system
    • Coordinate with accounting team to ensure month-end accruals are accurate

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Level Degree or equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of administrative support experience
    • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel 
    • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
    • Excellent customer service
    • Strong attention to detail
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
    • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
    • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to work under demanding deadlines
