  • Overview

    The Talent Engagement Specialist works closely with the client engagement and talent engagement teams, operations and marketing to support new customer and talent acquisition through research, lead generation and sourcing.  The TE Specialist has responsibilities related to research, lead and prospect list management, email and content marketing, sourcing and recruiting. This role plays a critical part in the overall business and serves as an extension of the WunderLand brand. 


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Researches and sources candidates using database (eRecruit), Linkedin and other tools and technology at the direction of Managing Director and Talent Engagement team.
    • Researches and supports the CEM team by uncovering prospective leads using eRecruit, Linkedin, Indeed, social media and other online tools at the direction of the Managing Director.
    • Develops candidate pipelines based on assigned clients and/or defined skill sets.
    • Responsible for data segmentation, list management, clean up and organization in CRM (eRecruit) for recruitment and business development marketing automation purposes.
    • Supports recruiting efforts through candidate research, lead generation, and engaging candidates via email/text to check availability and qualify for open orders.
    • Assists with candidate screening, submittals, and interview scheduling as requested.
    • Supports MD and TEM teams with projects associated with recruiting tools & technology and marketing automation.
    • Working within Vendor Management Systems to submit candidates and adhere to job fulfillment processes with clients.
    • Attends events as a brand ambassador (either hosted by WunderLand or external) including MeetUps, those hosted by industry related associations, conferences and networking groups.



    • 6 months+ experience working in an office environment
    • Interest in Business Development, Recruiting, HR or Client Service is preferred
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software easily
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • HubSpot or marketing automation experience a plus
    • Business writing experience
    • Attention to detail when it comes to written communication, adhering to process, and data entry
    • Focused with the ability to work independently
    • Personable and outgoing with external and internal contacts
    • Flexible and adaptable

    Ability to work within a database/customer relationship management tool/applicant tracking system.  Microsoft Office.  



    Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations.  Able to interact and communicate with all levels including internal and external contacts.



    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.



    Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to prioritize and manage diverse tasks.
