    The Senior Manager of Communications will lead the marketing communications team to support the sales/revenue and brand development goals of four distinct companies (Advanced Clinical, Advanced Resources, Advanced RPO, and WunderLand Group) in the shared services/corporate division of Advanced Group. The position is a creative, multi-faceted, and cross-functional role to oversee the development of professional and impactful communication materials. The Senior Manager of Communications leads and mentors a team responsible for creative and event services.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise at least 2 FTE including the Communications Coordinator and Event Coordinator.
    • Manage the planning, development, and execution of creative design services, including: presentations, sell sheets/flyers, advertisements (print and digital), event displays, and holiday outreach.
    • Manage the planning, development, and execution of annual event planning, including: panel discussions, roundtables, webinars, and conferences.
    • Own the development and execution of the PR strategy.
    • Develop, build, and nurture relationships with industry experts and influencers.
    • Own the development and execution of the award program strategy.
    • Be an active thought partner to ensure communications are on-brand, aligned with our beliefs and values, and consistently reflect our visual identity and voice.
    • Work with various teams to advise on internal communications.
    • Collaborate with the in-house Digital team for project content and design, including: white papers, email campaign visuals, and social media graphics.
    • Assist with content creation and proofreading of materials.
    • Work with agencies/consultants/vendors on various marketing tactics, products, and services.
    • Stay informed of marketing and media trends, as well as competitors, to keep strategies agile and effective.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.                 
    • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on brand
    • Success producing content to further business goals
    • Ability to interface with all levels of management is essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while being detail-oriented and effective at time management
    • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments and drive a team forward.
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is required.
    • Knowledge of Cision or related PR platform is required.
    • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Asana is a plus.
