    A Strategic Support Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced sales culture, while supporting and leading various organizational goals. The Strategic Support Coordinator will manage various events and projects while working in cooperation with leadership to track and prompt progress of strategic initiatives aiding in the execution of the projects. To be successful in this role a Strategic Support Coordinator must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic with extreme focus on detail and accountability. Ability to motivate others through exceptional communication skills is key skill.


    • Support  Presidents’ initiatives, goals and day-to-day activities
    • Manage calendar invites for meetings ranging from 1 on 1 HiPo lunches to recurring full company meetings
    • Manage collection of receipts and administration of expense reports for Presidents
    • Facilitate and coordinate planning for internal and (and limited) client facing events, including calendar invites, agendas, facilities/food and materials
    • Coordinate company travel for employees
    • Support strategic initiatives of leadership team by tracking progress via leadership meeting attendance and individual follow up
    • Create and maintain comprehensive strategic project plans
    • Act as liaison between the Directors and the Marketing team to ensure  appropriate  inventory levels of marketing materials
    • Contribute to operational initiatives including contract compliance, reporting needs, talent recognition and as business needs dictate
    • Create/run reports or assist with projects as requested by Managing Directors 
    • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by Management

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 4 years business experience
    • Must have exceptional time management skills
    • Event organization, calendar management and travel coordination experience is preferred
    • Familiarity or experience with project management tools/software preferred
    • Excellent MS word, Excel and PowerPoint skills



    Individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff.
