The Consultant Concierge (CC) is tasked with providing a superior experience for Catena Solutions Candidates and Consultants on Engagement (COEs). A CC will support the organization through consistent outreach and communication with Candidates and COEs. The CC will act as the main POC within the Consultant journey from Offer-Accepted stage through the placement lifecycle and beyond. The Director of PMO is a senior management position with direct oversight of the project management function, spearheading and defining best-in-class practices in project and portfolio management to guarantee the successful implementation of new and innovative digital processes and tools across the business. Reporting to the CIO, this position ensures project activities and milestones align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, championing pragmatic innovation through value-based, risk-managed investments and guided, disciplined execution in coordination with Advanced Group stakeholders. The Director of PMO will also define and continuously evolve the measurement of project success and technology effectiveness, developing frameworks and dashboards based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for easy, meaningful. and data-driven analysis.   The Director of PMO will be an internal thought leader on technology strategy and execution, requiring steady research and knowledge sharing on digital and emerging technologies, including their implications on business processes and operations. This position requires both strategic and tactical capabilities, excellence in strategic portfolio management and business processes, a deep understanding of data management and its inherent value, and innovation in problem solving for business growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of IT, the Sr. Director is responsible for the design, installation, management, and maintenance of the Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure supporting Advanced Group.
