The A/P Manager will ensure that the A/P department operates smoothly, maintain accurate and complete records regarding payments to suppliers, lenders, and employees, and hire, train, and support A/P department staff. Additionally, the A/P Manager will serve as a liaison between the A/P department and internal/external parties including vendors, suppliers, employees, sites, and government agencies.

This role is directly responsible for leading all elements of the forecasting process which supports the clinical staffing business. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and initiative while collaborating with  a team of clinical Finance professionals and aligning this team to support multiple business units/leaders. The Senior Finance Analyst is expected to establish him/herself as a strong “trusted advisor  with the Clinical  staffing business and finance leadership by supporting the revenue process, driving the transformation  as well as accelerating margin improvement. The role must be able to balance the financial needs of the business leadership with the financial and fiduciary needs of Advanced Clinical Staffing. As a result the role should have a deep understanding of the efficiencies and growth/profitability drivers across the business and be able to translate them into operational actions while guiding business partners working collaboratively to attain operational KPIs positively impacting the business top line growth, efficiency and margin performance – please note this also means being able to correlate the operational outcomes into financial impact.   We are committed to a long-term flexible, hybrid work model. This role actively collaborates with all levels of the organization to inform, reinforce, and put into practice the behaviors that support our culture and, ultimately, enhance productivity and the achievement of our strategy.   The Director of People and Culture will oversee the strategy and delivery of an exceptional employee experience; one that develops and retains the best talent and creates a culture of inclusivity and transformation. This includes cultivating and implementing strategies related to talent management, talent pipeline and succession planning, manager/leader development, team effectiveness, and overall employee engagement. The Director will manage HR Business Partner resource(s), leading in adapting and executing department-level Business Partner support relevant to the specific needs of each team.   This position reports to the Chief People Officer and will collaborate closely with HR peers to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions, and to implement global best practices and programs that support the growth of our business. This role will require a comfortability in challenging convention, as well as a hands-on, strategic approach to business partnership.
